Baby Yoga and Reflex -
Stage 2 - 6 weeks to crawling
Great as a follow on from baby massage, a fun, active class, great exercise for babies and can aid relaxation, muscle tone, brain development and much more!) This class includes sensory play.
(A good follow on is Little Movers )

WHERE
You will find ‘Sally Teall’s Holistic Hub’ - at 6 Chesterfield House, High Street, Midsomer Norton, BA3 2DD (opposite Mallards pub, next to The Heart Foundation Charity Shop)
Parking is not allowed behind my studio but South Road car park is very close and convenient. South Rd, Midsomer Norton, Radstock BA3 2ET

BEFORE YOU COME
Please check that you and your child are well before you come to class.
IMPORTANT
Babies can not take part in yoga for 48 hours after immunisations, but you are still welcome to come and watch and join in with other parts of the class .

ON THE DAY
On entry to the Holistic Hub, park any buggy’s at the back of the building using my buggy locks then come to the front of the building, there are two small steps to enter the waiting area, come into the building. Take a seat, Please wait here to be called through to the studio.

WHAT TO BRING
Please bring your baby in their car chair or sling, buggies must be parked at the back of the building using buggy locks. Bring a baby change bag with a small towel (to lay your baby on, and a small changing mat to change nappies, any changes of clothes, nappies and feeds.

CONDITIONS

*If I am ill and unable to take your class you will be refunded for the missed session, or offered money off the following term.
*If you or your baby are ill unfortunately there is no longer a facility for swaps or refund. The course is paid in full as a whole course at the beginning.
